Digital controller for vibratory feeders with continuously adjustable frequency
DIGR-1502/E is a controller designed to control vibratory feeders driven by an electromagnetic coil. Parameter setting is performed directly on the control panel of the unit. The control unit can work independently or can be controlled from a PLC. The control unit enables the connection of sensors and valves to digital/analog inputs/outputs and ensures their function according to settings.
The advantage of the DIGR-1502/E controller is the possibility of setting the own resonance frequency of a specific feeder, during which there is a sharp increase in the intensity of vibrations. In this way, excellent feeding results can be achieved even for components with a complicated shape or surface. The indisputable advantage of the regulator is the saving of electricity consumption compared to the triac regulator.
The regulator allows a smooth change of frequency in the range of 20-120Hz with a step of 0.2Hz. It is therefore ideal for more demanding applications of bowl feeders. By finding the optimal frequency for the feeder, it facilitates and speeds up their production and deployment.
The regulator has IP54 protection and can be mounted outside the switchboard.
The controller includes a safely separated 24V / 4VA DC source for powering sensors and valves, and a 10V DC source for powering the analog input.
The VSD01 vibration sensor can be connected to the DIGR-1502/E controller.
