DIGR control units are intended for regulation and control of vibratory feeders powered by electromagnetic coil.

Power output regulation is carried out in all models digitally with continuously adjustable amplitude. In addition, the DIGR-1502/E model also allows for a smooth change of frequency – especially suitable for more demanding applications of bowl vibratory feeders.

Digital controller with continuously adjustable frequency, increased load power up to 1800VA

DIGR-1502/E KOW is a controller that enables continuous change of amplitude and frequency. The regulator allows you to connect a load with an input power of up to 1800VA. It is mainly intended for the regulation of large bowl feeders. Panel mounting, ingress protection IP54.

DIGR-2202/D is a triac based controller designed to control an assembly of two vibratory feeders driven by an electromagnetic coil (typically linear + bowl). Panel mounting, ingress protection IP54.

DIGR-1302/I is a simple triac based regulator intended primarily for power regulation of vibratory feeders driven by an electromagnetic coil. Mounting on DIN rail TS35, ingress protection IP20.

Vibration sensor for vibratory feeders

For bowl vibratory feeders with variable behavior depending on the stock status, we have developed a vibration sensor that enables automatic power (amplitude) change. Thanks to the vibration sensor, the output speed of the feeder remains constant regardless of the amount of material in the bowl.

Connector cover
